The enhanced Q36.5 Rain Overshoes employ a fabric that is coated on both inner and outer sides to achieve a total waterproofing equivalent to that found on silicon overshoes but with a vastly increased durability. This fabric was developed internally and represents a technical solution that is currently entirely unique to the market. Accordingly, it results in a product that experienced cyclists will immediately recognize as an evolution in the performance of rain overshoes.
Double-coated fabric
The fabric used for Q36.5’s Rain Overshoes and Toecovers is a knitted textile coated on both inside and outside with a polyurethane waterproofing. Soft to the touch and with good elastic properties, this fabric and the technical solution used to manufacture it are unique to the market and offer the same benchmark performance of Silicon overshoes without any of the drawbacks.
Superior durability
Unlike silicon rain overshoes, Q36.5 Rain Overshoes are made from a knitted fabric that is coated with a polyurethane waterproofing on both sides. The use of fabric base makes this piece far more durable than its silicon equivalent in so much as it is much less susceptible to tears.
Snug aerodynamic fit
Designed to be pulled on before you put on your cycling shoe, the Rain Overshoes wrap around the shoe easily thanks to the Velcro closure system on the sole. The snug fit ensures no water seepage but does not pinch or over pressurize the calf.
