The Bike Assembly Process
Before you receive your bike, here’s what happens:
Bikes are shipped in a box and partially assembled, as determined by each manufacturer.
Some brands require the shop to assemble the bike fully, ensuring each part is handled with care and attention to detail.
At Via Ciclante, we take pride in assembling your bike to the highest standard, ensuring it’s ready for you to ride and enjoy.
Policies and Warranty
Product warranties are determined by each respective manufacturer and do not cover labor, shipping, personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle, or any other associated losses.
At Via Ciclante, we stand by the brands we sell, taking pride in providing great products with exceptional service. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned—that’s where warranty and our expertise come into play.
We strive to represent both you, our valued customer, and the manufacturer fairly. Our goal is to ensure a smooth warranty process, doing what is right for all parties involved.
Manufacturer Warranties
Product warranties are determined by each respective manufacturer and do not cover labor, shipping, personal injuries, damage to or failure of the bicycle, or any other losses.
Labor costs for replacing broken parts or frames are not covered under any manufacturer’s warranty and must be paid by the customer.
Bicycles, parts, accessories, and clothing follow the warranty policies set by their manufacturers.
Manufacturers are solely responsible for determining flaws or defects, and Via Ciclante is not responsible for warranty approvals.
Frame and fork warranties are typically offered by bicycle brands, but other parts on the bike are not included. Each original manufacturer is responsible for their warranty decisions.
