Magnesium Chloride (Magnesium Flakes), Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C Crystals), Fractionated Coconut Oil, Citrus Sinensis (Sweet Orange) Essential Oil.
Pour 1-2 cups into warm bath water or an ice bath.
